This topic studies the characteristics and procedures of project financing. Compared with the traditional loan method, project financing has its own characteristics, and the starting point of financing and the focus of fund use are different. Project financing mainly has the characteristics of project orientation, limited recourse, risk sharing (high investment risk), non-corporate debt financing (off-balance-sheet financing), diversified credit structure, high financing cost and available tax advantages.
