Continue to increase the amount of advance withdrawal of housing provident fund for renting houses: the maximum number of people who meet the conditions for withdrawing housing provident fund from leased commercial housing in our city shall not exceed10.2 million per year, and the maximum number of lease contracts provided by Shijiazhuang housing rental supervision service platform shall not exceed10.5 million yuan per year;
3. Expand the repayment scope of housing provident fund: the borrower's parents can apply to participate in the repayment as * * *, and their children and parents can repay their children with their parents' provident fund, but the deposit base of their children cannot be increased. If the employee's spouse owns real estate, the spouse's parents can also apply to participate in the repayment as * * * *.

These Regulations shall apply to the deposit, withdrawal, use, management and supervision of housing provident fund in People's Republic of China (PRC).
The term "housing accumulation fund" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the long-term housing savings paid by state organs, state-owned enterprises, urban collective enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, urban private enterprises and other urban enterprises, institutions, private non-enterprise units and social organizations (hereinafter referred to as units) and their employees.
