Article 6? What is the type of punishment?

Article 8? The positions held by the managers who are kept on probation are naturally revoked.
The probation period is generally one or two years. Those who are sentenced to probation for illegal crimes can be sentenced to probation for up to five years.
Stop paying wages (salaries) during the probation period, arrange temporary jobs, and pay appropriate labor remuneration in accordance with relevant regulations. Article 10? The employer shall terminate the labor contract of the dismissed management personnel and may not re-employ them within five years.
Article 11? Managers who violate discipline and discipline and should be punished shall not be punished if they have retired before the punishment decision is made. However, if dismissal, probation and dismissal should be given according to the provisions, the treatment given by the enterprise should be reduced or cancelled accordingly according to the provisions.
If a manager dies before the organization makes a decision on punishment, he may make a written conclusion and will not be punished any more.
Article 12? If two or more people (including two people) intentionally violate the law and discipline, the leaders shall be given a heavier punishment, except as otherwise provided in these Provisions; Other members who violate discipline and discipline shall be punished according to their roles and responsibilities.
Those who violate the rules and regulations in the economic field shall be punished separately according to the amount of personal income and the role they play. The ringleaders of the disciplinary group shall be punished according to the total amount of disciplinary actions of the group; Other leaders who violate discipline and discipline, if the circumstances are serious, shall be punished according to the total amount of discipline and discipline.
Thirteenth units in violation of discipline, the responsibility for violation of discipline shall be given corresponding punishment.
If the leading group makes a decision or implements a violation of discipline and discipline, it shall be treated equally with the violation of discipline and discipline, except that the members of the leading group explicitly raise objections during the decision or implementation of the violation of discipline and discipline.
Article 14 If a person has more than two kinds (including two kinds) of violations of discipline and discipline stipulated in these Provisions, he shall be punished according to the highest punishment that should be received in several kinds of violations of discipline and discipline; One of the violations of discipline and discipline should be dismissed.
Fifteenth violations of discipline and discipline in violation of the provisions of two or more (including two), in accordance with the provisions of the heavier punishment for qualitative treatment.

(3) Refusing to return the illegal gains or compensate for the losses;
