How to borrow the rural real estate license?
Legal analysis: rural real estate mortgage loan needs to meet the following conditions: first, the mortgaged house must be registered with the house ownership, without obtaining the house ownership certificate and the collective land use certificate issued by the real estate registration authority, and without obtaining the collective land use certificate and the house ownership certificate. Secondly, if mortgage registration is required, the applicant shall submit an application for mortgage registration, ID cards of mortgagor and mortgagee, loan and mortgage contract, collective land use certificate and house ownership certificate to the housing management department, and provide other relevant materials as required by the loan bank.

Legal basis: Article 32 of the Measures for the Administration of Urban Real Estate Mortgage Registration shall submit the following documents to the registration authority for real estate mortgage registration:

(1) The identity certificate or legal person qualification certificate of the mortgagor;

(2) An application for mortgage registration;

(3) mortgage contract;

(4) State-owned land use right certificate, house ownership certificate or real estate certificate. For some houses, house ownership certificate and other * * * people's consent to mortgage must also be submitted;

(5) Documents and evidential materials that can prove that the mortgagor has the right to establish mortgage;
