The second category: immediately implement 14-day home isolation medical observation for people from middle and high risk areas, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province and Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, and implement centralized isolation medical observation for people who do not have home conditions. During this period, the detection of nasopharyngeal swab nucleic acid was completed on the 4th, 7th, 1 0 and 14 days.

The third category: people who have the same public tracking as those infected in COVID-19 have received 7 days of home isolation medical observation and 7 days of home health monitoring, and completed the detection of nasopharyngeal swab nucleic acid on 1 and 7 days during the isolation period.

Class Ⅳ: The imported population whose epidemic situation occurred in non-medium and high-risk areas and whose case trajectories are not coincident should be tested for nucleic acid immediately. If the nucleic acid test is negative, community management should be carried out for 14 days and health monitoring should be carried out. Personal protection should be done when going out, and don't participate in party activities.

Refuse to report, do not cooperate with the implementation of community control, resulting in the spread of COVID-19 epidemic, endangering public safety, shall be given administrative penalties for public security; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to the crime of endangering public security by dangerous means.
