4. List of collateral and photos;
5. The guarantor guarantees that the security interest is in a flawless state;
6. If the guarantor is married and the collateral is jointly owned by husband and wife, the consent of the spouse without objection to the guarantee shall also be submitted;
7. Other evidential materials related to the guarantee registration items.
The process of housing notarization:
1, personal identification, such as ID card, household registration book, etc. ;
2. Proof of property ownership related to the agreed content, such as real estate license, house purchase contract without title certificate, payment invoice, etc. ;
