1. You can add the names of your wife, children and parents to the real estate license without a loan:
(1) Bring all three certificates and copies;
(2) Go to the housing transaction center, and the window staff will review the submitted materials;
(3) Need to add a name to the real estate license 1 10 yuan: 80 yuan handling fee, 25 yuan map fee and 5 yuan sticker fee. If it goes well, you can get the real estate license in about 20 days.
2. Add the name of the loan real estate license:
(1) Go to the bank to change the mortgage procedures first;
(2) Handling expenses: In addition to the above-mentioned handling fee of 1 10 yuan, if the loan is a provident fund, it needs to pay an additional 100 yuan, and if it is a combined loan, it needs to pay the handling fee of 200 yuan;
(3) Other steps are the same as the previous process without loans.

The disposal of jointly owned real estate or chattel, as well as the major repair, change of nature or use of jointly owned real estate or chattel, shall be subject to the consent of the co-owners or all co-owners who account for more than two thirds of the shares, unless otherwise agreed between the co-owners.
