The right to use collective construction land refers to the right to use land to build buildings, structures and other facilities. The right to use construction land is divided into state-owned land use right and collective land use right. The right to use state-owned construction land refers to the right of citizens, legal persons and other economic organizations to use state-owned land for non-agricultural construction according to law. The right to use collective construction land refers to the right of farmers' collectives and individuals to use collectively owned land for non-agricultural production and construction according to law.
Housing ownership: also known as housing property right, it is the right of housing owners to monopolize all their houses. The owner of a house can, within the scope prescribed by law, exclude the interference of others and enjoy the right to possess, use, benefit and dispose of all his houses.
