Hello, there are three common reasons for automatic withholding failure:

1. In Jingdong Financial App, the bank card with automatic deduction will be unbound and bound again, and the automatic deduction will still fail;

2. On the bank side, the automatic debit card was unbound from the express agreement of Jingdong Payment, which led to the failure of automatic debit;

3. The reserved mobile phone number of the automatic debit bank card was modified at the bank end, resulting in the failure of automatic debit;

The automatic withholding contract is invalid due to the change/unbinding of your information. If automatic deduction fails, automatic deduction cannot be resumed in the future. Please take the initiative to repay on time.
