If the term of the voucher-type national debt pledge loan is within one year (including one year), the principal and interest of the loan will be repaid in one lump sum; If the loan term is more than one year, the monthly repayment of principal and interest can be implemented, and the equal repayment of principal and interest method and average capital repayment method can be adopted. With the consent of the lender, the borrower may repay the loan principal and interest in advance.
