1. If the chat records of WeChat or Alipay include not only the transfer records of WeChat or Alipay, but also the clear chat records of both borrowers and borrowers, it can be clear that there is a double loan relationship from the chat records, then the transfer records of WeChat or Alipay are strong evidence that the debtor can repay.
2. If there is no explicit mention of the loan relationship between the two parties in the chat records of WeChat or Alipay, or there is only a WeChat transfer record, the transfer record at this time is slightly weak as evidence. Because the judge can't confirm whether there is a transfer due to the loan relationship, even if there is a transfer record, the debtor can't bear the repayment responsibility.
