First, the provident fund loan process

1. application: the loan demand of the borrower and the same borrower is proposed to the center by the development enterprise.

2. Audit: the personnel who accept the loan in the center audit the loan demand according to the loan policy and input the loan information into the system.

3. Signature: After approval, the system will output the special terms and the entrusted loan repayment agreement, and the borrower and * * * will sign with the borrower for confirmation.

4. Mortgage: The borrower and * * * handle the mortgage registration formalities with the borrower.

5. Lending: After the registration of real estate mortgage is completed, the center will notify the entrusting bank to transfer the loan to the development enterprise account.

Second, the repayment process

After the provident fund loan is successful, it must be repaid according to the regulations. The following are the repayment methods of Changchun Provident Fund Center:

1. repayment method: the borrower can choose one of two methods: equal principal and interest method or average capital method.

Equal principal and interest repayment method. Repay the loan principal and interest in equal amount every month during the loan period.

Average capital repayment method. Repay the principal in equal amount every month, and the loan interest decreases month by month with the principal.

2. Repayment of provident fund: The borrower and * * * sign the Agreement on Entrusting Housing Provident Fund to Repay Housing Provident Fund Loan with the Center, and the Center deducts the principal and interest of the provident fund loan from the provident fund accounts of the borrower and * * * every month. When the account balance is insufficient, it will be deducted from the bank repayment card.

3. Repayment by bank repayment card: The borrower and the entrusting bank signed the Agreement on Entrusted Deduction of Housing Provident Fund Loan, and the entrusting bank deducted the loan principal and interest from the bank card every month. The borrower shall deposit the current principal and interest into the bank repayment card before the monthly deduction date (20th).
