According to the Contract Law and other relevant laws and regulations, the borrower damages the interests of the state, or maliciously colludes to harm the interests of the state, the collective or the third party, or covers up the illegal purpose in a legal form, or violates mandatory provisions such as laws and administrative regulations, or the borrower's subject qualification is flawed, the loan contract may be invalid or its effectiveness is to be determined.
