Borrowing students do not need to apply for loan guarantee or mortgage, but they need to promise to repay on time and bear relevant legal responsibilities.
First, the process of handling student loans:
1. The borrower logs into the online student loan system to apply for a loan and prints 2 copies of the application form;
2. Bring the application form to the township or village (neighborhood) committee to confirm the identity of poor students, and affix the official seal on the application form after identification;
3. The borrower and * * * together with the borrower bring the application form, ID card, household registration book, student ID card and other materials to the county student financial assistance center;

5. Print and sign the loan contract, and submit the loan acceptance certificate to the students for university application;
6. Colleges and universities should enter the receipt information of the contract, print two copies of the receipt and seal them, and send them to the Daxian Student Financial Assistance Center before June 20, 65438/KLOC-0.
Second, the specific procedures
Personal application is applied online by the borrower through the network (win 10 system).
Step 1: Log in to the student online system and print the application form.

After returning to the interface, log in again through the login name, enter the home page, click Loan Application → Add → Fill in the information, then submit → export the student loan application form and print two copies.
2. You don't need to register to apply for a loan for the second time (except for students who have applied before but failed). Just click on the ID card login page, click on the loan application → Add → Fill in the information and submit it → Export the student loan application form and print two copies.
Step 2: The borrower takes the application form to the township where he is located to confirm the poverty situation and affix his official seal. The borrower who belongs to the household registration under the jurisdiction of the county neighborhood Committee shall, after confirming his poverty situation, affix his official seal to the neighborhood Committee or the county civil affairs bureau.
Step 3: The borrower and * * * together with the borrower bring the original application form (two copies in the first instance), ID card, household registration book (original and copy), student ID card (student) or admission notice (freshman) to the county student financial assistance management center.
Step 4: The county student financial assistance management center examines the student application information, and after checking the original and photocopy of relevant materials, it enters relevant information such as contract information on the spot and submits it for examination and approval.
Step 5: The county student financial aid center prints the loan contract (two copies in the first instance) and the acceptance certificate of the student-origin student loan, and after signing the contract and * * * with the borrower on the spot, delivers the acceptance certificate to the students and takes it to the university.
Step 6: The students submit the admission notice to the university, and the university enters the contract receipt information, prints out two receipts and seals them, and then submits them to the students. Students will send them to Daxian Student Financial Assistance Center before June 20th.
Third, the online payment platform Alipay is used for loan issuance and recovery.
In order to ensure the timely issuance of loans and timely recovery of principal and interest, the bank introduced Alipay, a third-party online payment platform. When the student's loan application is approved by the county student financial assistance management center in the first instance, the system will automatically open an Alipay real-name account for the borrower, which will be used for the issuance and recovery of the loan, with no handling fee.
After Alipay is opened, the default password is the date of birth of the borrower (8 digits). In order to ensure the safety of funds, it is recommended that borrowers change their passwords immediately after entering for the first time.
If there is a balance after deducting the school debt, the remaining funds can be used to withdraw the living expenses after being bound to the personal bank card.
