Will my real name be used for the loan?
No, the bank will review the legality of the loan and it will also involve your personal information. It is not enough to brush your face and your real name.

(1) The loan requires my qualification verification and personal signature, and others cannot steal it. If others use smart face information to borrow money, the parties can terminate the loan contract.

(2) Brushing your face's real name will not take the loan. It is only a step to verify the real name before we apply for a loan. The loan platform that can use the real name of the face needs to be filed in the public security system. The face brushing authentication system will also be networked with the public security system. As long as it is a formal licensed Internet financial institution, it can be verified with confidence.

In the verification process, we need to shake our heads left and right, nod up and down, blink and open our mouths according to the prompts. These movements can't be imitated by others If others forge our identity information, they will be identified in this verification process to prevent being loaned and protect our legitimate rights and interests.

Legal basis:

Article 27 of the general principles of loans

Loan investigation: after accepting the borrower's application, the lender will investigate the borrower's credit rating and the legality, safety and profitability of the loan, verify the collateral, pledge and guarantor, and determine the loan risk.

Article 171 of the Civil Code: An agent who has no power of agency has no power of agency, exceeds the power of agency or continues to act after the power of agency is terminated. Without ratification by the principal, it shall have no effect on the principal.

The counterpart may urge the principal to ratify it within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice. If the trustor fails to declare it, it shall be deemed as refusal to ratify it. Before the act committed by the actor is ratified, the bona fide counterpart has the right to revoke it. Revocation shall be made by notice.

If the act committed by the actor is not ratified, the bona fide counterpart has the right to demand the actor to perform the debt or demand the actor to compensate for the damage he has suffered. However, the scope of compensation shall not exceed the benefits that the counterpart can obtain when the principal ratifies.

If the counterpart knows or should know that the actor has no right to act as an agent, the counterpart and the actor shall bear the responsibility according to their respective faults.
