1. House sales contract (2 originals and 2 copies).

3. Appraisal report on house transfer (original 1 copy).

4. Down payment voucher (original and photocopy 1 copy).

5. Identity cards of the borrower and his spouse (2 originals and 2 copies respectively).

6. Household registration book or household registration certificate of the borrower and his spouse (original and photocopy 1 copy).

7. Marriage certificate. If unmarried (including divorce), the marriage registration authority at the place where the household registration is located shall issue the unmarried certificate (2 originals and photocopies).

8. The loan applicant working in the county or city shall provide the original certificate of the normal deposit of the housing provident fund for one year issued by the local housing provident fund management center.

9. To apply for a housing provident fund portfolio loan, you need to add a copy of the above materials 1 copy 1-7 and provide the original unit income certificate.

Workers in any of the following circumstances, you can extract the balance of storage in the employee housing provident fund account:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;

(2) retirement;

(three) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

(4) Having left the country to settle down;

(5) Repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan;

(six) the rent exceeds the prescribed proportion of family wage income. In accordance with the provisions of items (2), (3) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, the employee housing provident fund account shall be cancelled at the same time. If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; If there is no heir or legatee, the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account shall be included in the value-added income of the housing provident fund.
